📝 Important Notes

• All submitted research proposals must obtain ethical approval. You will need to provide an evidence, and to upload the approval letter.
• Data presented in the abstract should not be published before the submission deadline.
• Previously submitted abstracts will not be accepted, unless featuring significant updated analysis and presenting new information.
• Case reports are not accepted for submission.
• Research submitted by undergrads or student will be excluded.

Abstract Submission Platform

• Submissions must be made by the corresponding author.
• You may include up to 15 co-authors.
• You can edit or revise your submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. There is also an option to delete a submitted abstract.
• Once the submission platform closes, all submitted abstracts will be considered final, and no further revisions will be allowed.

Due to limited seats, special invitations will be sent to colleagues from Jordan and the region to attend the conference. Those with accepted abstracts will automatically be registered to attend the conference. Please note that attendees shall take care of their travel and accommodation. We expect that colleagues with accepted abstracts shall be committed to attend the conferece and present their abstracts (oral or poster)
